Use a strong blender to make your smoothie
An old saying states “use the right tool for the right task” is correct. Making smoothies is all started with the tool. You won’t get a real smooth result and tasty smoothies if the tool is not powerful enough to crush all the ice and frozen fruits.
However, powerful blenders yet still have setbacks. Most of them are not cheap. Moreover, they are usually static or not-convenient enough to be carried to your workplace. You can see our blender review here.
So what should you do? Forget about having smoothie except in your home?
The answer is No. Of course not.
Because now you can have an excellent personal blender like our best-selling Blendmate One.
Pick the right smoothie ratios
First, start your smoothie with two cups of a liquid base. You can use milk, soya or almond milk, natural or flavored yogurt, fruit juice, low-fat coconut milk, coconut water, or plain water. Make sure to add the liquid before adding anything else.
Next, add about three-quarters of a cup of the fruits. You may need to add more fruit or liquid, depending on the type of fruit you choose.
And last, add a few ice cubes to the blender for a thick and frosty smoothie.
Once you’ve done with your primary steps, you can add extra steps to the basic recipe –like cocoa powder, cinnamon, grated nutmeg, or vanilla essence –before blending it.
