How do I register for Kirei Living Membership?
To register yourself as a Kirei Living member, first, click “Register Now.”
When you see the “Create an Account” page, choose to sign up using your Social Media account or email address. Next, follow the steps, and then click the “Register” button.
After the registration is done, we will send you an email.

Do you have a printed catalog?
We currently do not have a printed catalog. But we will surely give you an update when we have one.
Can I save my shopping bag items for later?
Make sure you are signed in so our system can save items under your account. Then proceed to your shopping bag and click the “Save” link to the right of each item that you wish to save. When you are ready to place an order, you can retrieve items from the “Saved Items” section at the bottom of the shopping bag page or from the “Saved Items” page, which you can enter by clicking the heart icon on the top right of the page. If you cannot add items to the Saved Items list, please double check your browser settings and make sure that you have enabled cookies (refer to the above for instructions).
Are my order items available?
Our items are in stock and ready for purchase. You can check an item’s availability status on its product page. If your order contains both items that are in stock and items that need to be restocked, typically, your order will be shipped out altogether when the restocked items are available.
What if my ordered items are not in stock?
We will restock the items you ordered as soon as possible. If the items are no longer available, we will inform you promptly and cancel the items from your order. Any amount owed from the canceled items will be refunded to you once the order has been shipped out.
What if I ordered more than one quantity of the same item?
There is a chance that we will not have enough physical stock when you order multiple quantities of a single item. In these cases, your order may take a longer time to arrange for the source of the additional quantities. If our suppliers are unable to provide more of that item, an email notification will be sent to you regarding the cancellation of the additional quantities.
How do I sign in to Kirei Living website with my social media account?
If you already have a Kirei Living account, then sign in to the “My Account” and go to the “Account Setting” section. After that, you can input your social media name and password, and then click to sign in, and click to allow the additional permission prompts.
If you do not yet have a Kirei Living account, click “Sign In / Register” on the navigation header. In the “Account Sign In” page or the “Create an Account” page, and click the button for the social media account you want to connect to.
When will my order arrive?
For customers within Hong Kong, your order should arrive within 2 business days. If you do not accept your order within 3 days, please check your mailbox and tracking number, and then please contact us.
We ship international orders via DHL. The average delivery time is about 6-9 business days.
However, take note that international shipping delays can occur because of your country’s customs. After your order arrives in your country, it will be transferred to your local delivery service, and DHL tracking may stop updating. In some cases, delivery can be delayed. If it’s been more than 5 weeks, contact us, and we will help to track down your order.
How do I check the status of my order?
After completing your order, you will receive an email about the confirmation of your order. If you have more questions about your order status or if you did not receive the email, please contact us.
If you input the wrong information for your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can’t guarantee anything, but we will do our best to assist you.
